Setting up Memcache on IIS

To install normally recommened creating a folder in your C:\ drive and copying memcached to that folder then via command line run memcahed -d install to setup as a windows service.
Next in the php.ini add an extenssion for php_memcache.dll and you should be set. Do not to forget to restart IIS to take affect
Notes: Double check you see memcache in php by checking a php info page and check that the memcache service is running.
